Geelong deserved the win. Simple as that.
After the dumpster fire of the third quarter we dropped our bundle. They beat us on the spread, better clearances and were far better going into 50.
I actually think we made them look bette than they are.

That third quarter was the most blatantly corrupt display of umpiring I have seen in my life. Totally changed the course of the game.

Poor turnovers is the main reason we lost but, and i never say this, we were royally done by the umpires in the 3rd. Deliberate out of bounds that wasn’t paid (after Laverde did the exact same thing and had a free against), deliberate rushed behind paid against Menzie - when do they ****ing pay that? Have they even paid that once this year? It was introduced because of ****ing Hawthorn who ran through a behind as a tactic because they had elite kicking skills. Clearly we don’t have elite kicking skills!

Then there was Ridley that was tackled as he took possession of the ball and give holding the ball. You can’t call that and then 5mins later not make the same twice in the same play. It’s the inconsistency that frustrates me. Call it early in the game and then stick to it.

Yeah umpiring was diabolical but we won't win many games playing half a game of good football.

Completely just gave up after half time much like the back end of last year.

Too many passengers. Forward structure and forward entries would be close to the worst in the competition.

Scott needs to stop being such a ****ing pussy with his selections. Swing that ****ing axe and actually drop some of the fringe spuds that keep getting gifted game after game.

Redman needs a rocket up him, but the role change with him and Martin hasn't worked.

We are defending too high and giving up too much out the back. We dont have the pace to make it work.
