It definitely has, more flexibility and run. imo it has made our defensive rebounding so much more effective which has also helped our overall end to end ball movement, moving it on a lot quicker...This is probably more appropriate for a best 22 thread if we have one, but does anyone else think our backline looks better as it is currently, with two KPD, a third tall who also plays on smalls, and three small/med defenders?
Simmo, SPS and Newman are working beautifully together. Not sure how Marchy fits in.
Our transition from kick ins has also looked much better with this mix. SPS really adds a touch of class we were lacking down there.
Blues want a scalp
Hello bald eagle
I'd play Weiters on Kennedy and Plowman on Darling and have Jones cannon into anyone that goes for a mark.
Get Fish in, he can wriggle through their web.
A couple of forward handballs through their zone then long bombs to Levi
Expected a flat patch
That was the Dees game
Yes unpopular. Injured and carrying the forward target load. He will learn nothing in the 2s. He will have his work cut out for him with that WC backline this week though. Think he needs to slow down and get back to his routine when kicking for goal. He will be better for this tough time.unpopular opinion but i think harry needs a spell in the twos, looks way way off it
And signed on for another three years! Love it.The question is whether he's match fit.
If he's in full training and match ready, he should come straight back in.

Weitering on Darling and Jones on Kennedy I think.
