People need to remind themselves that this is a 4 year rebuild. The core of players is there (Fyfe, Hill, HIll, Walters, McCarthy, A Pearce, Neale, Blakely etc)

We need to turn over the list again at the end of the year, target a few more players from the same age group give games to Logue, Weller, crozier etc.

Crozier and Logue must play next week.

A four year rebuild?

How the f*** can you have a rebuild when you don't put game time into the new kids and keep playing blokes that have proven themselves to be below AFL standard. If you want to actually rebuild then drop the Dawsons, Subans Sutcliffes and the like and start playing youngsters who could develop after they've played 50 games or so. Playing blokes who will never improve at the cost of those who might is shit planning and beneath a professional outfit. You cannot say we are not playing them because we are trying to win because we are losing almost every game now. How the heck would we be worse off?
