Tried the other thing in the first quarter and West Coast intercepted it 25m from goal.

Still do not take the ball cleanly if we do we miss targets.. My kids under 8's are cleaner with there play sometimes

I think our skills are too shit to do it most of the time and the players that could do it are so low on confidence and scared of turning it over they just go the safer option to relieve the immediate stress.
