You missed the point. Oxley is an outside player, an intercept marker rather than a contested type player, and that's fine. His willingness to actually hit a contest when it's neccessary though, is distinctly lacking, and that willingness is something every player needs, regardless of the style of game they play.

Man that description sounds very similar to Brant Colledge on our list.
Actually both same height and weight as players.

Was hoping Dwyer would be picked as he looked in very good form last week. but good to see BK given a chance, hopefully he is strong enough now.

When has he squibbed it?
I like what Ox has to offer and think he's worth persisting with but there's absolutely no doubt he pulls out of some contests, especially in the air.

Yeah saw that - then saw the other post from a user that seems to be taken as gospel; apparently a reliable source.

Cheers guys, best of luck. :)
Elliott out, will take a brave performance from us without him :p

Just popping in to wish you guys luck for the rest of the season, not for tomorrow!! This game really has the potential to be the game of the season between two very good sides (that no one seems to rate). Recent close games between these two clubs have been very entertaining (last year at the G, 2012 at the G, 2011 QF). We have a good following in Melbourne for an interstate team so it should be a great atmosphere at Etihad. Fingers crossed for no injuries and a cracking game.

Is it just me or does anyone else notice that when we play West Coast their supporters always come and post quite a bit on our board yet they always seem to be very nice and respectable? Good work Coasters! :thumbsu:

They are so bloody polite courteous and intellegent....its sickening!!
