I think I'd prefer it if the club parted ways with Lewy Taylor this off season. Just isn't going to take our club forward. Very lazy defensively and can not stick a tackle to save his life.
It is going to get very, very ugly next week against the Crows at Adelaide Oval. 100+ margin a near certainty.

I'm pretty sure I could break out of one of his tackles while drinking my beer and eating a four n twenty. Probably kick the pie more accurately than he can the ball too.

Need to find positives and a core of Andrews, Schache, Hipwood, McStay and based on tonight, Archie, is a damn good base to build upon.

Yeah I don't know if it is the correct option to part ways with him. Obviously had a really good start to his career and he is talented but he's just so small and unlike Caleb Daniel he doesn't appear to have the necessary endurance/speed combo to make up for it.
As I said earlier he was probably our best player tonight... but the fact that he got hammered by his direct opponent while being our best really shows how little shit our players give these days.

Wonder what has happened to Andrews, is he carrying something? Looks pretty slow, not as much intensity as last year and gets beaten a lot nowdays, not taking those marks like he did last few years.
Who would pick him up? Wage thief and he has lots of mates.

I'm not sure how our small players are so slow? Not sure him or green could chase down Stef Martin.

A good individual performance puts him easily in the top 5 out there tonight IMO. I don't think anyone can hold their head up if we account for opponents. Unfortunately he's also as slow as a wet week and his handballing is more a light toss, so while I prefer him to West it's like saying I prefer gangrene to leprosy.
Excluding gold coast last year where he got knocked out in the first minute, it was round 9 2013 where he didn't register a tackle.
Especially considering Adelaide like kicking goals over the top, and we are the worst side at defending those type of goals (and many other avenues towards goal).

Problem is, he'll go to a club that can actually protect players like him and he'll become a gun then we'll be labeled as stupid for letting him go.
