Elimination final coming up against a fairly strong team, so I'm looking at making some huge moves, and one is Higgins out. Looking at Leon, Didak Goodwin or Harvey?? Any suggestions??

i got 3 trades and 50k in the bank. finished on top and have a pretty even matched game this week. who should i trade out? im really stumped? gilbert grimes riewoldt and montagna obviouslt all not playing!!! (1 bench cover in mid in robinson and backs in pearce)

not really sure mate....i would think they would wanna get as much run into him as they can before next year but then again, they know he can perform, they may not wanna risk him gettin any worse...

i've decided what i'm doin i think...last 2 trades (must win game)

leave roo and goddard on the bench as i have cover, then when roo and goddard come back and providing i get no more injuries i will have cover in every position for the finals!!!
not ideal having no trades left but better than getting beaten this week and not being in them at all!!!

Wait until teams are announced then compare teams and decide if 50 points from a rookie will be enough to get you through. Or, even better, if you can get away with a donut and keep him.

You'll need to decide this for the next 2 weeks in advance. If it looks tight then you may as well get the best forward you don't already have and move on from Chappy.

I'm not a fan of burning a trade this late in the year just to get bench cover. A LTI trade is premium - premium.

I don't have him but it would be a dilemma if i did. Trading him out now means missing out on him in your GF team probably. My league final this week looks like a walk in the park so I would have been able to get away with keeping him.

I wish Chappy was gone for the season as I would then trade him without hesitation... As it is I am concerned he may return to burn me in a PF or GF...

I am now likely to refrain from hitting the trade button this week as I have the luxury of a double chance...

options are so many its not funny. currently have 3 0's for this week, my oponent has 5, will trade so he has 3. first question, do i trade this week? or risk it and hope i get over the line?
if i trade, then what the hell do i do?
im sure i want Davis for Higgins, im 2.5k short. options of getting me that 2.5k are:
Petrenko > Post (also gives me cover until my backmen return)

Gilbert > Lockyer

Rich > Watson/S.Thompson (luxury, doesnt help my backline)

if i pass on davis, i can go with:

Trading out Robert Murphy. I have 499,300 to spend. I want to grab Leon Davis and leave myself with 8K and 2 trades. Grimes is a concern and I may need some cash to buy a defender next week although I could fit in players like Cornes, Mattner, Birchell if I get desperate.

I am playing Sheedy and I'm tempted to wait, although would love a week off should I win.

Thoughts? My gut says buy Davis.

Definately gibbs. I've had him as one of my locked in players of the year I'm surprised he has that average. But he is used in a negating role all too often for my liking.

was thinking of trading higgins for leon davis but the only way i can do that is to downgrade goddard instead of ridding grimes for lockyer, should i still do it?

and if so who at 550,000 or less do i get to replace goddard? i have 20,000 in the bank.

any help would be awesome

Then plays StK and PA (Cornes) which is why I am shying away from him. If I was to get someone from one of the bottom teams I'd probably take Davey from Melbourne at 406K but I have concerns about him also because of StK in R22 and any little niggle I think they'll put him away. It's a pretty tough decision.
