If im Richmond and I’m walking away with only Jagga and FOS then I’m more then excited.

These two compliment each other incredibly well and you can just see both becoming superstars.
Hence why we should go after pick 3

Jack Ross just looks bigger than the other mids on the ground. And a class above.
We’ve missed him in the seniors this year.

If we end up with a bunch of picks, we’ll be able to trade up and get guys we rate pretty easily. Could well end up with both Jagga and FOS. Don’t think jagga is a need for norf and if he kicks up enough fuss about moving interstate we could easily get both

Put Finn in the middle next half, need to see it when we’ve got a bit of momentum/on top

Agree. Would like to see if he can match Jagga for ball winning in in the middle.

Playing out about as I expected. Jagga more touches, Finn a bit more class when he has it

That FOS double side step

Also richoatthedisco watching this game

Jagga Smith and FOS really changed the game in that quarter. Both in different ways but both super impressively.

Jagga just kills you with his repeat efforts and gut running. Death by a thousand cuts. He just turns up and will give you possession most times from stoppage. His body size will slow him from becoming an instant afl star. But he is going to be an elite afl mid. You can see his running ability stand out already.

FOS is a pleasure to watch. He is strong, classy and composed. We haven’t even seen his work overhead yet which is the part that has separated him from the pack over the last two years. But he showed that quarter that this kid is a future star in the making and everytime he gets the ball you are getting out of your seat. A few people are comparing him to Trent Cotchin which I do see but I’m also seeing shades of Christian Petracca with his ability to just toy with the opposition with ball in hand. He’s not even anywhere near 100% fit in this game either which is scary.

We need to ask the AFL for an exemption.

Seems only right that we pick up both FOS and Smith because they are clearly brothers.
What’s the likely hood of getting eagles pick 3, then North not screwing it up so we get both.

Can't undersell Ross. 10 touches at 90% DE in 1 quarter of gametime

No you’re absolutely right Ross was fantastic as expected. I wouldn’t have expected anything less from Jack who would have had a career year this year minus the injury.
Have missed him in the seniors that is for sure. If he remains injury free will be in for a massive 2025.

Just shows that getting top 5 picks gives you a better chance of getting top quality compared to having to find them in 2nd and third rounds like we have had to do for years
