Yep, Silk should have touched that though……too soon?I pin the blame on the older heads. Quite a few of the more experienced players found a way to piss away what should have been a match winning lead.

So what you’re suggesting is every Hawk player out there suddenly agreed to shaft two of the most celebrated, legendary names in our club history – all for the possibility of jumping ahead one spot in the draft.
We were widely considered a bottom 4 team coming into the season so how is winning 5 and a half games against top 8 sides (without our best forward and defender for the entire year) meaningless?Negative aside, everything he said is true.
Kudos to you, it’s a very difficult thing to achieve but you’ve gone and done it, the worst post of all time on big footyWe're going to lose a draft pick for what happened here. That was a blinking red light to the AFL integrity unit to come down hard on us.
Can’t wait to see what Mitch has planned for him. A full year in the midfield in a winning team, there is no ceiling to what he could doWingard had 30 disps, 8 score involvements, 5 tackles, 6 clearances and kicked 2.1.
Don’t wanna hear any BS about Richmond fielding their B side either, just simply take a look at our injury list…

Sad we couldn't get the win for 2 greats of the club. But let's not forget we had sicily, gunston, breust,cj,day, impey and Moore out ourselves, so the talk of not beating a second rate Richmond is a bit of a stretch considering we had 7 best 22 out.
The first half the year was a train wreck but the second half has got me excited for what is to come in the future.
Nash with 24 going at 87% DE. He's going to be a player for us.
Yep. Our mids have been sub par most of the year. But last week we beat a team with arguably the best midfield in the comp. Our midfield barely broke even against a bunch of kids. We looked so much better last week without JOM and Worps, change is needed in there.
A very flat way to send off two absolute champions of the club.
Wingard had 30 disps, 8 score involvements, 5 tackles, 6 clearances and kicked 2.1.
What a disappointment. This team just can't get up for Burgoyne milestone games.
No desperation shown all day. Mentally switched off in the last 5 mins and no one showed leadership down back.
Wingard, T Mitchell and Brockman can hold their heads up high.
While this is true Richmond were missing their starting midfield and had 10 or so players under 10 games. We brought in O’Meara & Worpel - essentially the best midfield we can field. Something is really wrong with our midfield mix.
It would have been poetic. But it really opened the door for Richmond in a way.Thats what happens when you throw away all structure to get a player a goal.
A full preseason working with the whole forward line, with a pretty good year under his belt I think we will see a different player.Kosi attempting chest marks, jeezus. Highest point, simple ****

Someone needs to join the dots.
