Touhy is the most naturally looking Irish AFL player I have ever seen. He just looks like he's played Aussie Rules and had an oval shaped ball all his career.

Courageous, highly skillful, good hands, pace to burn, coolness under pressure, great defensive mind. I really can't pick his flaw.

:thumbsu: Sure does GB, he even looks far more composed and comfortable with the ball then alot of the aussie players who have grown up with the game all of their life.

Just demonstrates how important it is to develop good technique/habits early as it is very hard to improve poor technique after years of non correction.

Yep, that was truly brutal. Beams was trying to duck into the contest to milk a free, and Zac went in lower with 10x the force and hit Beams so hard he lifted him off the ground. That was my favourite passage of the game actually.

:)

He did it in the third quarter as well. Looked like it was going to be a Collingwood ball but he's just put his head over it and smashed through, and we end up with the footy inside 50 because of it.

Not sure how to embed a video but ive heard it on this american youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dugFyKanERk . so might not even be an aussie made tune?!?

Thats definately the same tune for the first few seconds of that vid, but no credit or mention anywhere and there were so many different music clips it would be very difficult to track it from there. I might ring the club.

And man, talk about your dork fest! :D A robot emu that runs 25 mph.....bowser look out! And I have always thought when in the kitchen and my phone is in the lounge how handy it would be if I could just use a banana!

Still trying to get my head around just how good Zac Touhy could be. He seems to have all the assets you need to become a star. He's extremely quick, is a brilliant long and short range kick, hits packs extremely hard, plays smart, and his 188cm/90kg size combined with speed makes him very hard to tackle. He enjoys kicking goals in pressure situations, is fantastic defensively, and looked good in a few brief stints in the middle. Fitness seems excellent as well. My gut feeling is that over the next year or 2 it'll all click and well have another truly outstanding footballer on our hands.

:)

I loved the Super-SloMo of him after he kicked the goal in the 1st Quarter on Friday. You could see his 100% passion for the club rippling thru every inch of his body once he knew he had slotted the goal! Man-love no homo :thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:

It's great listening to Robert Walls talk about him as well. You can tell Wallsy is very proud of having Zach wear the famous #42.

Big things ahead for him !!!!!

All the finger pointing, he said she said, listen... you lost to a quality side not a bottom 8 side

Complete freak show seriously,

Funny too, :p

No love for Hendo's job on Cloke.

Hendo did a great job but I thought Cloke had poor supply all night. Seems to be the nature of these things that they go the way of the play makers rather than the play negators, so to speak, anyway.

How often does any backman get any voting recognition?

No wonder Jeffrey doesn't want to go to the HBF.:D

Hendo was great, but it wasn't exactly coming in often or very well. Game was won in the middle.

Have to say I thought Carrots work in close to give us first use would have warranted top votes however........

Personally I thought Judd was clear best, but the voting shows we had lots of good players.
