Thoughts on billings? Like his new role but 84 points from 28 disposals is concerning. Can't help but think Champion Data are giving him a hard time.

Couldn't hit a damn target on Sunday. Getting plenty of the ball though in a SC friendly role. I wouldn't be buying but definitely a hold.

im more than happy to burn a trade on heeney if hes out but boy oh boy do i hate looking at 2 players from the same club side by side in my team (Danger & Kelly )
Did you ever have Pendles, Beams & Swan when they were churning out tons for fun a few years back? How about Judd, Cousins & Kerr? Dal Santo, Montagna & Goddard? If they score points, I could not give 2 ***** what team they play for or if they are the same team... pick them and watch those delicious points roll in brother 😎!

If you were playing Brissy this week someone is going to ask the bleeding obvious...what has changed between last year and this year ? Any stand outs ? If we put a hard tag on anyone who would it be ?

How does Neale go with a saddle on his back ? Cant be far away.

2009 many were running 4 Saints, 4 Cats and 2 or 3 Pie primo's by mid/late season. All seemed must haves. Riewoldt Dal Santo Montagna Goddard Bartel Gablett Chapman Enright Pendles Swan. Big names high price but needed them all to be in the hunt.
You're 100% right. Nothing wrong with 2 from same club in same line. Especially when they rotate more and more than 10yrs ago plus DPP...makes what line they are on more irrelevant.
Many will be running 2 brothers, on same line, from same club, by mid season this year. Its more about total club quotas for the bye rounds now.

Pft I have 4 Crows, not including Laird and BCrouch. I'm probably going to end up with Boak, Gray and one of Westhoff/Lycett up forward.

Port fans, how do you see Wines coming back impacting on Rocky?

I can do Dusty to Fyfe - but the cash by bringing Rocky is so tempting.

Thoughts on Milera please, straight swap for Mills

In SA he was mentioned a fair bit being a pre season standout. 1st in time trials, coaches votes on the weekend, getting a bit of mid time, intercepts from reading the play and usually high d/e. 5 tonnes from his last 8 games including JLT. My D1, I think 92-97

Dusty owners flicking him: You reason?
Heeney owners flicking him: Your reason?
Mills owners: Anyone holding? If so, basis?

Dusty - I'm trading him out. Going Dusty to Whitfield via forward rookie to mids and Moore from Def to Fow
Benefits: Team balance - have too much invested in the mids and too much scoring power left on the bench. Works to strengthen both Fow and Def. Plus there is a big question around Dustys mental state. Do not see him being a top 10 mid (or even top 15). Whitfield is a certainty for top 6 defender.

Heeney - Keeping. Forwards are too uncertain. Only Danger is a lock for the top 6. I'd rather wait until seeing a bit more of the season before judging the likes of Boak, Kelly and Worps et al. Hopefully he can ride out his injury. Also even Horse has to change something up, Heeney is the future of the club, I'm betting even Longmire will give him action closer to the ball before long.

Mills - Keeping (just). Won't lose much value and will score at least as well as a Def rookie even if he stays in defence. Wait and see what happens when Grundy returns. All Longmire jokes aside it does seem that the desire is there to play him in the middle (see JLT), hopefully it happens soon.

Worth noting I have Oliver, Neale, Libba, Sheed and Rocky so I don't need to do any other corrective work in the mids.

Well this is scary uncharted waters for me. Top 5000.
Don't wanna **** it up. So I guess I'll find a way to...

Hind -> RockPig
Heeney -> Rozee

90k up my sleeve for later.

Why Menegola?

He's just plodding along fine I'd have thought

No Kelly too, though you're a Cats fan

Big changes this year for us.

Scott tonight spoke about how they've decided to force the issue to get Constable in, and not just let him play ressies waiting for a shot. So they moved Joel and Gaz out of the guts, and Paddy gets less time. Constable, Parfitt and Kelly get much much more. Dangerfield and Gaz are getting more fwd minutes so Menegola's time in good spots is a little down and so is his TOG. He's not a SC lock atm for me.

Hi all,

Looking for a little bit of direction. Second year playing Supercoach, have myself rank between #350 & #370 at this point.
Now i no its early days but im unsure on weather i should be burning trades even if it means sideways trading premos and chasing points, or weather i should be holding tight and keeping them for later in season.

if i were to trade my players on chopping block would be coniglio and heeney. possibly bring in Rocky and maybe Worpel or Daulhaus in forward line.
leaving around 300k in bank to target lloyd down back in weeks to come.

Don't get rid of Coniglio, he wont get tagged every week.

Heeney is a 50\50 call. I am giving the campaigner one more week.

Really? The coach said the words "much much more"? More than what? Constable had zero mid time before this year, so I guess much much more is technically true.

a or b okay, not c

Would pick b myself, there is probs 20 pt difference between Libba and LDU (eg 75 vs 95), but less than that (say 10?) between Lloyd and Whitfield.

Yes I would be moving on Cogs and Heeney ASAP. Next week, consider Grundy and Gawn. Oliver had that stinker in R1 so he is out too. Sloane could get tagged at some point so turf him as well.

The goal is to slowly get rid of all your best premo's each week, until your team falls over and I can sail gracefully by into the top 1000. Please keep my seat warm and save me a beer.

Heeney/Greene -> Worpel/Boak

Thoughts?
Immediate thought is, yuck. Heeney and Greene are elite proven scorers in good age bracket, just with recent injury that will work into fitness.

Having said that, I got rid of Greene as I missed Parker (must have) and had to upgrade Mills (must not have). But you kept Greene and he is probably back this week.

Interested to see not much talk about Lincoln McCarthy... Not saying he is a must have, at least not this week necessarily, but he is a tasty price and to me is just as attractive as Darcy Moore (for both SC and irl).
Kudos to those that started with him, but not really a trade in option IMO. There are 25 players that have a better BE than he does this week.
