How do you suggest I trade Cameron to a decent ruck then?

I went Cunnington to DC . Have Witt’s and Marshall as my rucks. Remaining forwards are Dunkley, Coniglio, Rozee, Sheezel and Chandler.
Nothing is jumping out at me for a DC replacement. Taranto?

Yep. Go with Taranto. He's not going to give you many massive scores but he's at least pretty consistent which is a plus for a forward.

That’d be my first choice. The options that generate me enough $$ don’t stick out to me though.
Leave me with choosing between T. Green, Titch, Pendles. None of which i’m sold on being keepers. Going to Setterfield does however let me get a keeper ruck in English, Witts or even Nank though.

Really stuck on what to do here. Darcy to DC last week really burns, with not enough $$ left in the bank to trade DC now to anyone worthwhile without making another trade.

All i can come up with is Macrae > JKelly. Yes Macrae played decent on the weekend but his role is still weird and doesn’t give me confidence. Brayshaw would be in the firing line but no one below him entices me.

This lets me get to DC > Grundy. Who i’m also not sold on, but i can’t see a feasible way to get to english / witts.
Will i have enough trades to afford to trade Grundy again to a proper premo, will gawn stay out longer than 3 weeks?? *s me.

Not ideal, I think you need a bit of a restructure to clean out 3 issues

1) Macrae will not be a top 10 mid
2) Brayshaw will not be a top 10 mid
3) DC injured

I would look at a boost this week to get back to a better position to sit on the team for a while. It gives you M1 and R1 plus a rookie who can cover F6 and still has plenty of coin to make, plus a perma captain


Macrae > Chandler
Brayshaw > Oliver
Cameron > English

I think this leaves a surplus of 150K for next week to make a move or add to a rookie to upgrade

I really like the suggestions. Clarry is hurting me, really lacking a safe C/VC option.

However - i have already used a boost last week. Using another and leaving me with 3, would you still recommend?

Normally no, but in your position it would prob hurt more not to with the 2 premo mids bleeding cash

Correct but prob only for 1-2 weeks as you'll have that extra 150K to help upgrade earlier than most others. Hopefully the extra pts from Clarry captain help offset that

Hopper and JHF to Phillips and LDU. I think I either do that trade or just hold.


I can’t help but feel that it looks significantly better structurally with Mackenzie and an extra captain option on field.

Probably wouldn't do it. If Hopper comes back and goes 120 again you'll look pretty silly.

Yep that’s one of the risks. It’s also possible LDU goes 140 and Hopper scores 60 again. I probably am leaning towards holding though.

Any Brayshaw owners? He's been pretty underwhelming in the first few rounds, thinking of trading him off now. What are others doing? LDU on the bubble looks like a pretty tempting option if he gets up
