Just our f***ing luck, we had an advantage with our tall marking forwards in the first quarter and now the rain has completely wiped that out. Hard for any of our tall forwards to take a mark at the moment.

We need to rely on our small forwards to kick goals now like Milney, Cripps, Montagna etc. Pity Schneider is still injured as we could do with him right now.

Probably need to sub one of our talls off in the 2nd half, most likely Stanley who struggles in these conditions.

Wouldnt be surprised to see Roo subbed off. Doesnt look right and went off with what Ch7 said shoulder issue.

Yeah Stanley stays, second ruck is vital at stoppages and he's competent than anyone else out there, sub Rooey as it's not often you see him on the bench huffing and puffing or labouring like I do. Something clearly bothering him or he's simply not shown up.

Wouldn't be subbing too early though, wet footy can bring injuries in a cascade, so would probably give it 10mins in the 3rd to see how the games going before trigger gets pulled. (if I were contemplating it)

This is good practice for next week.

They are playing as fierce around the ball as the Hawks will, so deal with it, and go to another gear.

Still sure we'll win, Demons been having a crack early in recent weeks, it's sustaining it.

Wouldn't mind one of our forwards getting a free for a push in the back in the act of kicking for goal like Aaron Davey did in the first quarter... You know, just sayin... Some consistency would be nice!
