Overcoached IMO. No one knows what the **** they are supposed to be doing.

Not playing football, they're just executing plans and meeting KPI's.
Agree.

The players play like they are worried about stuffing up (except Dusty!). Hardwick indicates he wants the players to take the game on.....but the message must be mixed up with with "the plan".

I think they try and keep possession of the ball to much. If you back your team mates in a kick to a one on one contest is not a bad thing

Sorry for double post but watching the Tigers is like watching someone playing the same video game week in and week out year in and year out where they are always confounded and stunned by the first level of play over and over again as if it is the first time they have played the bloody game. They keep making the exact same mistakes until they die and have to restart where they do the exact silly, unbelievable stuff all over again.

I mean how many weeks of playing under pressure and turning the ball over do you need until you start to adjust to the pressure and develop competency?

Sensible post. But is Conca injured - he didn't play in the magoos today but I stand to be corrected.
if hes injured, then i hope for another youngster to come in, castagna or menadeau, but i do think we should play at least one first yr continuously for about 5 games, which should be ellis

At least they don't use the cheat codes like EFC.

JK.

Personally I'm indifferent to what changes he does or doesn't make since I won't be watching it anyway.

Message from reality lads....they are poorly led bad players with no real spirit. In short they are a bad team. Bad teams don't develop competence. They fold under pressure.

The AFL site referred to their performance as "dismal Richmond".

No change there then. They used to call Essendon the Same Olds. Now its us. We are the new Essendon....Same Old Dismal Richmond.

Yeah Hardwick is clear as mud, I don't really blame them:

"The inconsistency of performance of some of our players is not good enough. We've got to find players that are prepared to put their hand up and play the Richmond way[...]"

What exactly IS the Richmond way, Dimma?? Is it how we played in 2013? If so, what have you been doing since?

It's like a germ has just spread through our club (again). I'm even losing confidence in the abilities of our best players... that's a horrible feeling. My faith in the playing list (and the coach) is getting sapped every week now. I really hate to be saying all of this in 2015 (feels like 2005 or some shit). FFS.

One big ****ing mess.

Not 2005, club was 7-2 until ****ING WHEELAN fell across Nathan Browns leg. Then it went back to shit after that, however up until then it was going alright.

Notable performers in VFL:
Matt Arnot - 24 disposals 5 clearances 5 tackles
Matt Mcdonough - 22 disposals 5 clearances 1 goal
Liam Mcbean - 5 goals
Tyrone Vickery - 3 Goals
Shaun Hampson - 41 hitouts and a goal
Matt Dea - 20 odd disposals

Other players of note:
Connor Menadue - 2 goals
Reece McKenzie - 2 goals
Jason Castagna
Todd Elton

Players unsure of that could come in or play VFL:
Nathan Foly - knee
Reece Conca - Soreness
Cory Ellis - Leg

Players that didn't play:
Ben Lennon

Outs: (Morris won't be dropped because Dimma loves him and he played his best game for the year, even though it was still shit. It was better than normal shit)
Chris Newman (injured)
Ben Griffiths (concussion)
Nathan Gordon (omit)
Taylor Hunt (omit)

In:
Matt Mcdonough - Play him as an inside mid/forward FFS
Tyrone Vickery (need someone to help maric, mcbean can't ruck yet at afl level)
Liam Mcbean - #PlayMcbean
Nathan Foley or Corey Ellis (if fit) and Make Grigg sub as six clangers is pathetic. If not fit, Lennon in as sub. (******* get rid of the sub FFS)

If Hardwick is serious about his changes need to be made comments and we're going to look at bringing in players who'll play the Richmond way then the changes I want to see are.

OUT: Newman(inj) Morris (inj) Griffiths (inj) Grigg (omit) Hunt (omit) Gordon (omit)
IN: Dea Vickery Castagna Menadue Lennon McDonough

B: Dea Astbury Chaplin
HB: Houli Rance Batchelor
C: B.Ellis Vlastuin McIntosh
HF: Deledio Vickery Lennon
F: Martin Riewoldt Edwards
R: Maric Cotchin Miles
INT: Grimes McDonough Menadue Castagna

I want to try Riewoldt, Griffith and Mcbean next week.

If Griffith is concussed lets play Riewoldt, Vickery and Mcbean who plays like a forward pocket anyway. Can see Mcbean kicking 3 on the pies shitruck defence
