24 and under. Add 25-40 games to 2/3s of that group and the before mentioned in conjunction with Rance*, Riewoldt, Cotchin, Deledio, Houli, S.Edwards, Chaplin* and Maric, you might have a half decent team.

Keep Grigg, Petterd, Hampson, Gordon, Lloyd, Vickery, Morris and Foley in the VFL until either they break the door in or can be delisted/traded (lol).

Don't let Newman or Thomas play again, and accept Knights career is over.

Add 5 picks a year and 1-2 decent mature players, each year until we are contenders. Do not sign long contracts, do not overpay players.

Don't post often and I'm no expert, but I've watched Lennon a bit in VFL and I hope I'm wrong but I can't see him making AFL. Actually seems more than a bit timid to me.

We are 13 th cause dim wit fails to blood youngsters like he says all the time he will. Been said before if kids are playing well and don't get picked they lose confidence and play accordingly in the seconds after all what's the point of trying hey? Presser seconds had a good win i'll blood some youngsters as the players i have faith in aren't performing week in week out. Can't wait for team to come out you think they will be those changes i doubt it.

i think there will be about 5-6 changes this week. Dimma needs to show something this week that he rewards form. and with the reserves having a big win, i expect a few changes this week.

my outs are
Griff (concus), Newman, Gordon, Hunt, Astbury (all these have been playing poorly the last 3 weeks), and possibly lids (if injured)
Ins
Arnot, Mcbean (if Griff is out), Vick, Menadue (for Lids), Foley, McDonough.

Its a young side against an in form Pies, but if you reward form, and drop players out of form, thats how you improve the team.
All of the outs are either injured or playing poorly, all the ins have been in good form for the VFL.

Sounds like travelling over the weekend was a good idea. Might have to find a few more grandmothers with 90th birthdays coming up this year.

The talent is there, but this is a copy of last year. That worries me as they should have learnt from 2014. And haven't. I can excuse many things, but an inability to learn from your mistakes is serious stuff and is a killer in my books.
