Proof? He was and is still popular with his teammates.
Why? For doing what they had to. McCartney resigned. It's shit, let's not make it worse.F*** off Ryan.
How is Gordon saying that Griffen showed great leadership in coming to PG, Grant and the Coach after the B&F.... all while he's doing a back door deal with the Giants. Peter Gordon and Simon Garlick should F*** off as well.

come on guys - sign the petition - Its certainly in the best interests of the club... Think about the future....

It will happen anyway, this contract stuff is to get a better deal
Not sure if serious. Why? For doing what they had to. McCartney resigned. It's shit, let's not make it worse.
Macca fell on his sword if you ask me. Utmost respect for the blokeNot sure if serious.
You should be.Not sure if serious.
Is he being paid out?Not sure if serious.
One would assume not if he resigned but I'd like to be sure before I stand by my previous commentIs he being paid out?
Pretty simple question - should he stay or go?
I have to admit that anyone who cavorts with another club for months and lies to the Club president & Chris Grant is someone I will really really struggle to cheer for
Yes, really.Really?
I thought it was a recent breakdown with McCartney.
I assume there would have been an arrangement in place. Is he being paid out?
Yes, really.
I don't think he would have been promised more money at GWS, in fact probably the other way around.Wow. Did not know that.
So basically Griffen was always going to be out the door for a payday. And his parting gift to the club that made him captain was to shit on the coach, who was probably suspicious of him anyway.
Would not be surprised if team morale and poor late form came from a disinterested onfield leader who started playing for himself, as much as anything else.
He's no captain. An honorary title that clearly shouldn't have been given.Captains of a Club do not run, they don't ask for trades, they don't go into meeting and promise one thing then reneg on it without any consultation. He cannot remain the captain let alone a player at this club.
