R3 Match Threads: a brief commentary​

SCS-HAW had a previous Torch, PMBangers (R1), who couldn't be nominated. It was up to the others to lift up their game, so the thread could have an worthy nomination. projectv proved himself up to the challenge, in a really good showing.

BOM-DRA had TEN rookies competing, since Kilroy was the R2 Torch. VandoHawk had won both Dragons match threads so far, but T2B_ has finally dethroned him and got the nomination for this round.

LVB-GUM had THREE previous nominees facing off: omgfridge, Muddiemoose, and guero. The Las Vegas' cubs once again had a strong showing, but guero overcame all others to get his second nomination.

ROY-FUR had TWO rookies who have been nominated in the previous TWO rounds: Mister M and Supersuns. Neither disappointed this week, while also being challenged by the other participating rookies. Still, ultimately, Supersuns preserved his winning streak.

WON-CIW had three rookies competing. There was no controversy on FootyGuy13 being the best of them this week. His performance wasn't as good as the one he had in R1, but he is going in the right direction.

DEM-GCR had only rookie in both lists combined. Unfortunately, Toump Ass didn't post at all.

In essence this was an appeals process where aggrieved newbies could appeal against the Cttee decision. Of course the S.29 RS was so well run by Riviat and Genghis Tron there were no appeals for a "Beandip Correction".

I think Muddiemoose guero omgfridge and all the S.30 Rookies are entitled to demand the reinstitution of the Beandip Correction.
