Oh here we go: out of the dark ages and into a time where I existed! Next up in Know Our Opponents in the A Swallow / Moo Shield we're into the S29 Sweet renaissance, and our Round 4 matchup. You may not know this, but current Warrior captain Tonga Bob also debuted in this season (as well as charming little scamps Chipmunk, GremioPower, Bastyy, GWS Goose, Bovo and Santoz).
The match threads also stepped up a gear (42 pages a huge leap from that 11 page effort in S27), and just have a look at this fantastic effort from Party Gull in the OP, depicting captains TheInjuryFactory and AceAndy in battle:

Now this was an absolute belter of a match, with the result in doubt until the very last second. The match started off as a real arm-wrestle, with the Dragons scaping to a 8 point lead at the first break, but the Warriors eventually wore down the Dragon defence to grab the lead and extend it to 22 points by half time. They took the chocolates in the third quarter too, and grew their lead to 33 points by the final change - and when a pair of pantskyle goals ballooned their lead to 45 points in the second minute of the final quarter the result looked beyond doubt.
But then it happened.

Suddenly the Dragons were 10 points up with three minutes to play thanks to an incredible nine goals in a row.

But the Warriors would not give up, and after a missed shot on the run by Tonga Bob and a late goal to kdavva they had pulled the margin back to less than a kick with a few seconds to play. But....it was not to be. Dragons won by 3 points.
fumbler was one of the Dragons' best with 29 disposals, 10 tackles and 2 goals with great support from @Dr Mantis Toboggan (33 disposals + 2 goals) and Hatchy1992 (5 goals). This was also Strigoi's first game in the A Swallow / Moo Shield, and she had an epic battle with RelaxMax in the ruck. For the Warriors there were plenty racking up huge numbers, with RelaxMax (17 hitouts, 39 disposals, 7 tackles and 2 goals), kdavva (39 disposals, 9 marks and a goal) and pantskyle (32 disposals + 4 goals) having great games in a losing performance.
For the record - I skulked around in the middle of the ground and picked up a lazy 26 disposals without really impacting the game at all.
