I won't be there so my apology in advance if this comes across as a hospital hand ball to those who will be, but I can't emphasize enough that anything that can appear on camera with `Sack Koch' on it will almost certainly have a much stronger effect on the eastern state scribes, and obviously the kokmeister himself than just those aimed at the coach.

A very public smack in the face like that involving koch would put a huge dent in that clowns ego, and hopefully wake up those involved in the various Vic based ( biased) media that kern isn't the only problem at Alberton.

The thing that stumps me about Koch is that he’s a guy who’s all about his own image and legacy, but he hasn’t figured out that club success is what will cement that legacy. He doesn’t seem to understand that his image isn’t great, and his legacy at the club is looking mediocre at best.

He's completely oblivious to reality. Lives in his own bubble, and his experience at Port reflects that. Koch is a Sydney Sider who is rarely in Adelaide - there's no feel for the place and I'm sure his perception of where things stand literally come direct from the Happy Clappers on Facebook. Then you've got his #1 offsider Cos Cardone who from my understanding is based in Melbourne. Again - someone who has no idea about what is happening on the ground. The next head honcho after that is Jamie Restas, and whilst my old man has a good relationship with Jamie personally, he'd be the first to tell you that his reality is a complete disconnect from your stereotypical Port supporter, and you can throw Kevin Osborn in the same boat as Jamie.

There are not enough young people on the Board (45 and under) based in Adelaide who are well enough considered in the corporate world but also having an understanding as to how they can connect with the fans.
