It seems Koch, Richardson and Davies think people will simply be satisfied by the fact they are "Doing a review" to cover up their incompetence and blatant lies. These are the same people that have done the previous reviews that have led us nowhere and are the ones responsible to begin with for the poor decisions made. Where is the review on their performance?
I don't claim to be an expert. But as part of my Business Economics Degree I spent a lot of time studying statistics, quantitative methods, data analysis, statistical trends and forecasting. I am obviously using a very very different set of data to what Koch is to analyse performance.

Since he is alluding to the 2001-2003 failures being similar to now and we should be due a premiership, as a supposed finance guy he would know that past performance is not an indicator future performance, except in the case of the coach where it is obvious.
