I must admit, I haven’t followed much of the SANFL games aside from the occasional watch on TV. Good to see our young lads doing well, showing an improving trend since our rebuilding phase.

Will be keen to see some of our AFL fringe players showing their skills in Finals pressure, and these next few games may be the clincher on whether contracts are retained or otherwise.

An AFL Reserves should have happened 10 years ago.

Be hilarious though if Port Adelaide pulls the "Port Magpies" out of the SANFL into the new reserves competition, requiring a new Port Magpies to be created in its place.

Its actually not a bad thing if PAFC move out of the Sanfl all together and a knew Port Adelaide team is born that represents the North Western suburbs in the sanfl.
