Ginnivan getting off from a chicken wing feels like a slap in the face.

Umpired poorly my arse.

I see it as a possibility of Sean Darcy to show how clumsy & unco-ordinated he can be in packs.

Trip, tumble, land with all his weight on the “bleached blonde”, “Sorry, Clinton Wulff reckons I’m as unco as him !!!”.

I am beginning to get worried. Firstly, there has been more blurb about the Gineven rules The press are spouting he is umpired differently that others. A Victorian thing I think.=Umpires.
Secondly, McCrae has come out now and is moaning about the fact that he thought that the Pies weren't paid the frees they should have been. =Umpires.
I am becoming more worried about the AFL and the umpires than I am about beating Collingwood.
Collingwood don't seem.to get the favouritism of the eagles or bullys for some reason.. the sooking might/should backfire on them.

Yeah, and totally undermine Pearce along the way. Worst suggestion on this forum? Probably not, and likely I own that accolade, but a contender.
I did say a lot would disagree. I don’t retract what I said though. Fyfe can’t get on the track and even play a game. Pearce is a great leader but he isn’t captains material. I think most would agree brayshaw is the future leader and captain of the club. How is bringing him in as captain in a huge game the contender for worst suggestion? Lol that’s a bit harsh.

Pearce has been stand in captain almost all year and has led our young team well. Fyfe is likely to stay captain unless he decides to give it up himself, I doubt the boys will just randomly vote him out unless he’s clear he no longer wants the position. Caleb and Andy are captains in waiting, but I think Pearce will get the gig first. There’s more to being captain than being the best player in the team. We are so lucky that we have so many heart and soul inspirational players right now… and a good lot of them are under 22.

In other matters, please say this isn’t the forecast for Saturday…

Sooo..Tabs comes in, Banfield goes out. Who gets the medi-sub guernsey? Logue?
I don't mind that. You know Tabs will sub out at some point like usual, hopefully after a few goals and marks down the wing. Then a fresh Logue beast comes on to cause some carnage when the game is tight at the end (like we know it will be - it's Collingwood).

Disgrace how quickly Ginnivan’s chicken wing has been swept under the carpet. Shouldn’t be playing.
On 360 they agreed that IF it was seen he would surely have been suspended. But it wasn't seen, so we all move on. Incredulous. Didn't realise the statute of limitations was a mere 24 hours in the AFL.

Lol go watch the game or the highlights, Collingwood are a much better side than what the posters on here give credit to. Very fast ball movement with a very effective forwardline.
That’s their weakness. Can’t play fast ball movement all 4 quarters. They are woeful in contested possessions and clearances. Have to cover their wings- Sidebottom and Daicos.
They turn the ball over often as well.

This is our challenge isn't it? Taking them on off turnover to score.

I felt like when Sydney controlled them late in the year it was through possession and controlling the ball on the outside. But actually looking back at the numbers they also thrashed them at CP and clearances.

That should be our recipe to beat them.

As JL has always said - it starts at the contest, got to win them to have the opportunity to control possession.
