Yep, I think at this stage we should just let Mundy do Mundy things.Mundys speed is between his ears. Why run, when you can walk out of a pack.
Let Mundy play Mundys game ( 100% team orientated ), why chase the other team ?. Let them chase us.
Surely not we have had slow starts previous 2 weeks.Correct. It will be a good experience to grow but it also means there’s a chance they may have stage fright again.
Exactly, Bring it on, more the better…. we have shown this year we thrive from it.Want to win the premiership? That’s the path the players have to take
Millions of Victorians will be supporting us on Saturday night.
They just won't be at the game lol.
Also added “I wouldn’t forecast too many changes” so he will keep Collingwood guessing. Bring Tabs in!!On his weekly Tues night spot on Ch 7 News Longmuir seemed to confirm that Amiss would play again this week and he'd lean towards rewarding the same players that played agains WB.
All he really said about Taberner is that it was good that he'd progressed a bit further. Wasn't really pressed about his selection.
They’ll be on the other side of the fence - so who cares. They’ll be quiet enough with a few early Freo goals. That was a friendly crowd though. Collingwood crowd will be beyond hostile.
Personally think we'll struggle against the Pies. We just dont have the bodies / experience to cope with the level of pressure they'll bring. If it rains we are shot IMO.
Anything from here is an absolute bonus, the belief from coming back from that deficit will fill us with belief the next 8 years
In an ideal world we would move Logue back to bring Tabs in. But we cannot disrupt the harmony of that back 6 at the moment, them plus Serong and Bae are the reason why we are competing for a prelim spot right now. I want Tabs in but I just don't see how they can work him into that team
Who is running through De Goey to test that shoulder?
I am beginning to get worried. Firstly, there has been more blurb about the Gineven rules The press are spouting he is umpired differently that others. A Victorian thing I think.=Umpires.
Secondly, McCrae has come out now and is moaning about the fact that he thought that the Pies weren't paid the frees they should have been. =Umpires.
I am becoming more worried about the AFL and the umpires than I am about beating Collingwood.
Understand what your saying but there's a pretty decent defensive forward matchup for Logue in this game. A potentially match winning move in its own right. On watching the replay the NOD hammy grab is probably cramp. He manages to stride out when heading to the bench.
I'd still go Logue for Tabs. Object of the game is kick more goals than the opposition.
Heartbroken is a big call mate, Collingwood played a game last week we can’t quite match yet. We just don’t have the bodies and experience to deal with that level of pressure and they won’t have 60k rabid Freo fans wiling them home this week.Collingwood are mediocre, they just found a knack for winning the close ones. Percentage is a great indicator and theirs was 104%.
I think there's only 7 Collingwood players who are a walk up start in Freo's best 22 and one of them ripped his groin off the bone on the weekend.
Personally after missing the top 4 by a whisker I'll be heart broken if we don't play in a prelim.
I hope you've booked already...Which Melbourne pubs are best for freo fans to gather before the match?
