I think Highett and Beena are similar teams. They have 3 or 4 key players you need to shut down in order to beat them. It will come down to which of these 4 players performs better than the other team. I think Highett will get up.

Crawley is the other bloke you are refering to. I think Clayton will suit the Yarra more than their home ground. It's going to be a tough clash but the Yarra will get up by 3 goals.

Lets hope for good conditions on Saturday.

when there is a top 5 teams. the top team has the first week off.
If they win in week 2 they go through to the grant final.
so they get another week off thats 2 weeks off ok.

Now if you have a top 4
if the top team wins they go straight through.
meaning they only get 1 week off.

I would agree with most of the above, especially the part about the conditions, South Yarra have been good all year and will be looking to atone for the 10 goal loss a few weeks ago despite the districts good form prior to last week, 25pts Sth Yarra.

Highett V Beena is a tough one, and I would suggest that the team who works the hardest and converts the best will walk away victors.
Gobbett a big loss for Highett and with Rowlands back in form for the lions might just sway it to the Beena, Beena by 15pts.

Yarra in a canter - watch keating sweep all day and create. Beena in a close one against highett, Hawkins, Rowllands and Davidson need to be shut down for Highett to win. You'll see that skye finished on top. They and Doveton have this week off. The winner of their match will have another week off and go straight to the granny.

Div 3 - 1 vs 2, 3 gets the week off
