Right hamstring tendon surgery on opposite leg after two lots on 1 leg forcing him to miss basically a year. "he'll be missing the early rounds"

Define early rounds, is round 18 an early round or round 22 or round 1 2025?

No doubt booked all those specialist appointments a week after mid season draft!

Imagine looking at that graphic and thinking it’s an offical list

I’d just delete my account

Or at least threaten to, then not do it. Again.

Hey guys, finally got my power back on, how's pre-season going? Everyone fit and firing?
Ohh....

I’m over hoping for the Calvary to arrive (Gov,Yeo,Ryan,Sheed) etc etc

I’ve moved on from our premiership side and now put all my hopes on the next brigade coming through and the drafts to come.

If we get any games out of them then excellent but I’m not holding my breath and hoping for miracles anymore.

As Geroge Bush Jnr once said

“Fool me once, shame on, shame on you. Fool me…….. you can't get fooled again”

Cliffs :

Ryan had surgery this week on his hamstring and is expected to miss 10 to 12 weeks ruling him out until at least R5 (against Richmond)

Sheed has a stress fracture in his ankle and has yet to resume running in a race to be fit for R1

Rotham is understood to be not far from a return from a sore grain

Most of it is rehashing what we already knew but it does make a reasonable summary

Also Hewett, though I'm not sure I'm any clearer on it

“It (Hewett’s injury) is not stress related but there was potential that it could’ve been. So we just pulled him back a bit,” Simpson said on Hewett.

That was from Simpson’s press conference at the beginning of last week when he also said he was due to start running again but had blisters from new boots

He was doing some light work yesterday in an indication that hopefully he’s ready to get back into it

West Coast forward Liam Ryan is set to miss at least the first month of the season after successful hamstring surgery this week.

Ryan, 27, went under the knife after scans revealed he injured a hamstring tendon in his right leg at training on Monday, January 15.

The All-Australian forward is set to be sidelined for 10 to 12 weeks, meaning he is unlikely to be fit to play until the Eagles’ round five clash against Richmond at Optus Stadium at the earliest.

Hewett doesnt look as advanced as others fitness wise so lets temper expectations on early season games / form.

I hope he's doing the work in the gym.
