So who's your 2nd club?

TBH though, l've always had a soft spot for Richmond (their supporters have suffered for long enough) as my second team, followed by feeling sorry for Melbourne and GWS seem they're in my home state.

Melbourne.

In fact, if we re-sign Bucks before we make finals in 2016, as soon as I get out of prison and get some extensive dental work done, I'm going to switch over to a Melbourne membership and get ready to hit the slopes.
(No, West Coast fans + Eddie, I didn't mean that, and no, Gold Coast players + Jake Carlisle, I didn't mean that either)

Why do people need to have a second team?!? I couldn't care less about any of the other teams.
That's saying more about you than it does about the other teams.
If you were a real fan of the game, you could appreciate the talent and all round football that some teams can produce. I'm a Melbournian but have always followed the Crows because of 97&98 and one bloke named Andrew McLeod.
Yet I have some soft spots for other sides like Melbourne (because they have been so down in the dumps the last 10-20 years who can't take a liking to them when they win)

You can still have no second team and enjoy watching other teams.

To say you like a second team is an insult to that team as you generally dont see them as a threat. I think teams enjoy being hated it doesnt mean they are arrogant just bloody good, like Hawthorn is at the moment.

Strong soft spot for the Tiges for my late Pa and my old man. Then it would be followed by Dockers just because they've been underdogs for quite some time and I hope they get up and snatch a flag for some of their old boys.

How's that operation to remove the blockage in your throat going?
Would seem to be an advantage having few teeth in your trade.:)

Just because I said I don't have a second team doesn't mean that I don't appreciate what certain players/opposition clubs have achieved over the years.

I like the pies. I'm not sure why. I think I respect their management, I like their young players, and we always seem to have exciting games against them. Their supporter base makes a game against Collingwood always interesting despite ladder position.

I like GWS because of all of their young guns, and callan ward.

I like Freo because of Nat Fyfe and I like the colour purple, but I hate Mayne (he is so bad) and their uber defensive game plan.

I like Port. They have rejuvenated themselves and are exciting to watch.

--------

Hate the Swans. Tippett saga, bought buddy, goodes is a flog etc. Love parker though, my fav player outside Crows.

Hate Gold Coast, their mascot gives me the shits. Plastic franchise sings true to me.

Hate West Coast because they always beat us, but like their team overall.

Hate Carlton because they made Friday nights boring in 2015. I had to talk to the mrs on occasion.

Hate Geelong because they stole Dangerfield and they get an unfair home ground advantage that no other Melbourne teams get. And they got lucky with father sons.

Hate Hawks because they always win & gunston. And because Sam Mitchell didn't sign the sick bag after the 2008 premiership win on the flight from tassie --> Melb. Everyone else did you flog! Hodgey was a champion though, I got to wear his norm smith medal.

Indifferent towards other teams.

That's my life story
