It does lead one astray as it is unusually accented (RH don't much subscribe to traditional notation anyhow - Jonny probably excluded these days) but yeah fundamentally that's really what fits best.

Lots of not rhythm based (I can't find the right descriptive word) songs are hard to pick notations (at least for me). But with this specific playlist I will attempt to pay attention; and it sounded like 4/4 more than anything other option.
