Dangerfield, Scooter and Henderson go straight back into the team when fit....

For Henderson, I'd say either Zac Guthrie or O'Connor comes out.

As for Dangerfield and Scooter, then - Fogarty, Gregson, Parsons, Parfitt, O'Connor all vulnerable.

Having said that, O'Connor looked better than Fogarty, Gregson, Parsons and Parfitt in the JLT game he played.
Cheers.

Its a real shame O'Connor has been withdrawn from the game due to ankle injury... bugger, I had him in my SC team. Contemplating upgrading him for McGrath, I thought he looked good last night.

I was at work all day yesterday and didn't even notice, thanks again :thumbsu:.

Midfield:

Debating to either bring in one of the following:

1. O'Meara - will get midfield minutes and games; may not score heavily, reasonably cheap;
2. Parfitt - minor risk he could be not in best 22, unsure of consistentcy, reasonably cheap;
3. Fogarty - some risk he could be not in best 22, very cheap;
4. Coniglio - probably the cheapest of the premium midfielders, may improve, not sure he's a scoring pig though.

Thoughts?

Parfitt is def best 22. Half forward link player that looks destined to get 20+ each week now and will kick goals. His price could soar this year. I want bring him in next week. I've just traded Fyfe and M Kennedy for pigsy Mitchell and Zuthrie.

You mention Hendo, Danger and Scoot as sure things, what about Cockatoo

Is Jordan Murdoch any chance of holding best 22 position?
He has improved last year noticeably... but he is just on the fringe of best 22. We have blokes like Kelly, Parfitt, Parsons, O'Connor that could try to take his spot. Duncan is a lock on one wing, the other wing could be Murdoch's if he plays his best footy. It probably helps that Blicavs will have to play key defence for at least the next 4 weeks and probably longer.

Cheers mate, much appreciated.

Brought in Coniglio last week... Decided not to go for O'Meara this week, although he is starting to look better this season.

Just debating whether to put in Parfitt this week or Taranto... They are both Mid/Fwds, and can strengthen my team quite a bit.

SO far GAJ is prob a 2-4 week job.

As for Henry, He would only get displaced by Thurlow, Gardner or House and the MC seems to hate all three of them.

GO Catters

Hey guys, sorry to intrude and I hate to be this guy but I couldn't find a fantasy thread on your board? (I might be being stupid or it may not exist?)
Anyway, I've really enjoyed watching Geelong as a rival club supporter and finally found a spot for Parfitt in my Supercoach team after his performances this year ... only to be really dissapointed when he was a late out!
I was hoping you guys might be able to help me out with a rough timeframe on when he'll be back? As I really don't want to trade him out again the week after trading him in.
Also while I'm at it, may as well ask - Whats up with Tuohy lately? Sorry if thats an ignorant question! Cheers Guys!

Parfitt will be somewhere between 3 days and 3 years. Seriously we've got no idea. But when a guy is a late out with a sore foot and they don't know what the problem is it doesn't suggest they'll be back quickly. Just another one of our 1st picks in the draft being struck down by injury.

Of course they know what the problem is but as always the issue will be how long it takes to heal, whatever it is.
