He's nothing like Cleve in the way he plays. Complete opposite in fact. The only parallel you could draw would be to do with his laziness or whatever, but I have heard nothing about that in regards to Jayden. He's always described as a "late developer."

The fact is Miller was brought in as insurance in case Astbury, Post and Griffiths didn't come on as quick as expected.
Well, Astbury's having 2nd-year blues, Griffiths is injured, and for whatever reason Post is not playing well enough in the 2s to push for selection. That's what you have insurance for.

Great post :thumbsu:.

And even if none of these come on as well as we'd like, if Leigh Brown can play in a premiership then so can Miller.

Looks like we have selected a team that will run port off their legs and speed, endurance required in the humid heat.

Port doesnt have a tall foward line nor a very good tall fowards with schulz & westhoff the main targets, Im confident mcguane & rance are able to cover these 2 average tall fowards.

1 of Vickery or Jack to kick a bag of 7-8 goals

Tigers by 33 points.

I have thought this exact thing a number of times. I think Miller has the work ethic, fitness, team-first approach and footy smarts to carry on for a couple more years yet, especially if he has a sniff of something special.

Nature works best when the young bucks have to challenge an old Stag to get to the top
