No prizes for Dees, GWS and perhaps the Saints but are there any other teams you think are dead certs to miss September?

Footscray still one year off challenging for a top 8 spot I think.

West Coast. They have a good forwardline and a good defense but their midfield is not great, and some of their starting 22 don't have the versatility to be able to push into the midfield. It's pretty much Wellingham (their best midfielder for 2014 IMO), Shuey, Selwood, Masten, Priddis, Rosa, Gaff and Ellis with possibly Yeo rotating through there. There no A grade midfielders in that group, Gaff seems to have peaked as the outside runner, and I wonder whether guys like Selwood, Masten or Rosa will improve. I think they can, but will they?
People talk about Naitanui getting hitouts. But Naitanui and Cox often won the hitouts last year but still lost the match. Naitanui and Cox got 81 hitouts against Richmond last year and yet they lost because Richmond were willing to give up first possession but get the second by pressuring West Coast into making a mistake, which is Geelong's tactics. I understand that Naitanui makes West Coast play well but I think people assume West Coast could snap back into their 2012 form, but their midfield was much better then, it seems like Naitanui has a lot to do to spark a fairly pedestrian midfield.
Just curious, why does everyone have Brisbane as a certainty to miss the 8? Came within a bees dick of the 8 this year, and haven't lost any crucial players
