Suns are a better side than Freo and generally take us within a few kicks. they're in momentum, we're not. they've got nothing to lose coming to Optus, either.

Desperately need Cox to perform.
 
I was only able to see a couple of patches of the game. What happened to Chappy?

I’ve since seen maybe young was injured? Switta and Walters as well? That is a lot of players out in one game.

Do we know how serious any are?

Frauds who are more concerned about their instagram and Hinge than anything else.

He looks a million dollars running through the middle of the ground out of defense , set up a few attacking chains if I recall correctly, the problem is everything outside of that. I counted three times under zero pressure he kicked it straight to a dogs player, resulting in the defense being put back under pressure.

Thing is though who in defense actually played well? most of them had their worst games of the season.

Suns are shithouse away from home. They're flakier than us.

But their personnel are dangerous when they get on. Our mids got absolutely cooked today and I doubt they do any better vs Rowell, Anderson, Miller.
 
Large parts of the game our midfield was uncompetitive, shockingly so. This then put our defence under immense strain.
JL will ultimately bear responsibility but I’m putting it on the players. What ever they did to prepare coming of a bye was obviously hopelessly inadequate. We may have lost the game regardless but to come to the game so far off mentally is very concerning.

Chapman a late out with hamstring awareness

Walters pulled a hammy in the second quarter

Young hyperextended his knee in a tackle but came back on - looked proppy though

At the end of the day thee Dogs were red hot and we were a little off after the bye, and we shit the bed under the weight of expectation, as per usual
We had no answer for the Bont and didn't take your chances when they presented
I opened up the paper as the game started and read 3- 4 pages of articles blowing smoke up our arses , it was then I knew wee were in trouble
Anyhow onwards and upwards

They will. They’ll sort their shit out..Serong won’t dish that out again. Young had one good qtr. watch them bounce back.

He runs... that's it. no point running fast and splitting the ground when his disposal is rubbish.

Small / medium defenders need nous to excel and he just does not get the game.

Everyone in the backline had a shocker, even Lukey looked silly and Clarky did nowt.

Pearce is not a captain.

Why everyone lamenting Chapman missing?
Bulldogs had 2 tall forwards out, yet JUH dominated Pearce.
Midfield was garbage

Bont, Treloar and Libba killed us. we can't play JOM and Fyfe in the same side. Bring in Raz. If they don't win the the contested ball they get smashed on the outside.

Not sure why Wagner wasn't an emergency. Draper and Walker need to go out for Cox and Wagner.

I would like to see Stanley come onto the other wing when fit too.

JOM will get a reprieve, of that there is not a single doubt. 10 disposals. Johnson came on and matched that.
Hope Stanley gets on well, he can play on the opposite wing

Yeah I saw this, before the first bounce Libba was punching and ribbing Serong and I just thought 'here we go.'

That’s why was weary of Liberatore. He does the dirty stuff well which allows Bonts to get off the leash.
Shocked none of the midfielders saw it coming. Sure most talented midfield mix at Fremantle ever but absolutely not the most hardened or contested. Just not a mix that likes to get in and rought up players in return
