That’s why was weary of Liberatore. He does the dirty stuff well which allows Bonts to get off the leash.
Shocked none of the midfielders saw it coming. Sure most talented midfield mix at Fremantle ever but absolutely not the most hardened or contested. Just not a mix that likes to get in and rought up players in return
Liberatore has been really impressive, his last two seasons have been his best. great little player.

We're too soft and don't look after the guy getting tagged. it's been an issue since the Hill days.

Shocking right from the start. The pressure was on from them at first bounce. Libba was getting stuck into Serong all day but we weren't doing the same to bont.

Bont, Treloar and Libba killed us. we can't play JOM and Fyfe in the same side. Bring in Raz. If they don't win the the contested ball they get smashed on the outside.

Not sure why Wagner wasn't an emergency. Draper and Walker need to go out for Cox and Wagner.

I would like to see Stanley come onto the other wing when fit too.

Love the changes but unfortunately this is fairy tale stuff. The club has their favourites and back in their internal dream team. We're now currently in the business of playing even safer on the selection front and trying to make finals. Sonny is only going out through a forced injury now, you think JOM and Fyfe are going out anytime soon?

Exactly. Why is this?
I would love to have someone like Crisp. Ball Hunter but also rallies for his teammates and brutal at the contest.
Can’t see that about any of the mids- Brayshaw especially

Went out this morning/arvo and just came back. I thought we might lose, but 70 points? They clearly just didn't turn up at all. That's twice we've done that this year and very concerning. I would bet we bounce back and beat GC next week.

Our percentage has suffered a hammer blow. Brisbane will likely end up higher % than us now, and we are going to need to get one more win than them to hold them off. I don't think winning at home and losing away is going to be enough.

“Very very pleasing” for a guy who plays as a medium tall who got 6 touches for the game is ridiculous.
Frederick had 6 touches as wel, with 1 goal.
Sharp had 4. Aish 8. JOM 10. Fyfe 14. Switkowski 14. Fyfe 14.
Dirty dirty day for anyone in white and purple today

I mean, devils advocate here, say those 6 touches are six goals straight and I’d say that’s pretty pleasing for a 3rd tall forward

Edit: apologies- I’m being facetious here. I agree he tends to go missing for periods and needs to give more throughout the game. Just not sure he’s worth getting into on the back of today. I think the forwards looked okay compared to mids and defence. Apart from JT having a mare and Amiss having the yips

That’s true. Though Sturt isn’t playing as a third tall though is he ?

He plays the same spot as banfield who had a much better game.
Banfield was pretty shit too. Got more of the ball but turned it over with basically every additional touch he got. Honestly his extra touches probably helped the dogs more than it helped us.
