What I would love is a Tony Shaw type to get into the heads of Daniher, Hipwood and Cameron.

Yap their heads off.:p
We’ve got Murphy there, he’s pretty good on the lip.

The fact that Tay Tay sacrificed his spot for the greater good tells me deep knows he knows we can do it without him. Tay Tay could have played but it's comforting to know that , the players all know it, it can only galvanise us more
Did he do a Presti? Good man. Stuff of legends.

We better win. Not sure I can cope with another GF loss. It sucks and is a horrible feeling.

I’ve been feeling this all week. But in the background of my mind I can’t feel something special.

Even without the ball having been bounced, I’m getting g the same vibes I got when shaw smothered riewoldt.

I hope this feeling is right.

I had an idea modelled on a greek podcast ive seen on youtube run by olympiakos supporters. You have to be greek to get how hilarious it is but basically an old guy who.is so one eyed and people call him from all clubs and he tells em to get ****ed. It's a call in and chat sort of set up. The show is called see ya later cause that's what he basically tells everyone who call in sorta could be translated as go get ****ed. The greeks on here would find it hilarious. Anyway. Guy cracks.it all the time.

HAHA I had seen this guy heaps of times - I legit thought it was a proper show and not a YT show. This is amazing.

Markov to rip his moustache off as a boss move
Wait Oleg rips of Joeys or his own?

Power move either way.

I can't do it.

I have been tossing thoughts around my head about whether to go to the G and watch the game.
I even found flights for a quick in/out turnaround (reasonably priced I may add).

Then I remembered 2018 and how horrible I felt and wondered if I could do it again.

I have the sickly, nervous, excited and dizzy feeling that only this situation can place us in.

My wife suggested, if I didn't want to go, we could go down to a bar and watch it there.

Sadly though, I think I will just watch it at home, alone with my thoughts, feeling every bump, every decision and every emotion.

To all my faithful who are going, I wish you well and hope with all my heart that we get that win, that we all pray for.
I know if we win, I may have regrets about not attending but I will take the regrets, if I can take the win.

Who knows, tomorrow I may wake up, change my mind and jump on a plane.

So you've got tickets but are not going??? Want to sell them?

We need Fly to bring out a big pre-game speech like this. Just replace the deaths of players with our lost grand finals and our club champions who missed out on a flag.

Anyone think that Frampton will actually start in defence on Hipwood, with Howe starting up forward on Harris Andrews?

Its what I would do. Hipwood rarely dominates opponents or the scoreboard, whilst Howe has already proven that he can not only keep Andrews quiet and also kick goals. I doubt the Lions would be expecting it, so might pay early benefits by catching them off guard. Thoughts?

It's possible, who knows.

I can't sell them mate, it is a Corporate Suite.
I will have staff and clients there, that is why it is difficult to enjoy the game, when I must hide my emotions.

I actually have more fun at Grand Finals, when Collingwood are not playing.
I can just enjoy the day, book a room at Southbank for dinner, hit the casino and enjoy the festivities, without being emotionally attached.
Sort of like the difference between a mistress and a wife :D.

I don't mind this, as Frampton has the height to match Hipwood and Howe has the forward smarts to have Andrews thinking.

I don’t know if Pies will win but they are a very good team.

See, a 'very good team' just won't cut it with me on Saturday. There are only winners and losers, and being in the latter group is humiliating and depressing, for players and supporters. Only one type of result counts. Anything less makes it a game you will never again watch, a year of being top H&A team, only to trip during the final dance. Someone who missed out on the passing round of the parcel and must wait another year to play again. The difference between a Saturday night stood upon a cloud gloating about your achievements and shut away inside the cloud cursing God and your team's misfortunes. A win is a must.

Hipwood doesn't have any problems dominating us.
