Only have to watch the popularity of “reality show” drama to see this is exactly what people want.

The “normies” of this world don’t want it but the vast majority of people who interact with social media and watch tv certainly do and enjoy the drama as well.

It’s why I keep harping on about how the role of media negativity towards us can kill the club because the majority of people listen intently and then brand sponsors and players see that negativity and it impacts their decisions on to sponsor or not or to come to our club or not.

Take a look at our AFLW side, they are dominating and yet the commentators each game seem to think the other side is winning all the time, sure the Geelong game was a mixed bag but the other games were decimation of the opposition and yet the commentary was a mere whimper.

Never underestimate the power of negativity when directed by enough people towards a common goal…!
