Yes, but not something that involves deliberate interaction between the two.
I see. I was thinking of a deliberate interaction.

Can't speccy a team mate at all on the goal line IIRC.
Irrelevant point coming up, but I do remember someone speccying an umpire on the goal line. Funny stuff.
Could you speccy the opposition guy trying to shepherd your team mate off the fall of the ball?
How come all teams have played 16 games, e.g. Lions 7 wins & 9 losses and yet the next round is Round 18? Shouldn't it be Round 17?
Bet you want that one backHow come all teams have played 16 games, e.g. Lions 7 wins & 9 losses and yet the next round is Round 18? Shouldn't it be Round 17?

Actually (although you'd think everyone would know this) it is a good point. In years gone by (before the last couple) the split round was still just 1 round. I prefer it that way, instead of playing "no-one" in a given round, the same round is played over 2 or 3 weeks. Everyone plays 22 games, there should be 22 rounds. If the bye is in the middle of the year then round 11 should be played over 2 weeks instead of 1 or 3. Just go back to a single split (in half) round.Bet you want that one back
Good to see there are some young apprentices coming through qualified to take the foot-in-mouth reigns from me in the not too distant future - [a positive dig mate ]
A horror moment [sorry] for the goal ump when 'Steven King' went the jump! Was he making a genuine attempt?
Depends on where you plan to sit assuming you've bought a ticket already or membership.Don't get to many games live (this will be my 4th at the Gabba plus one each at MCG and Etihad since mid season 2001 ) but one of them will be the saints game on this Sat - getting dropped off before hand and picked up afterwards - about what time should I look to get dropped off by and approx when from should they be ready for the pick up...?
Thanks
While I'm here, I stuffed up my order for family tix and ticked the "collect at venue" option on ticketmaster and now can't print tickets. Anyone know if you can collect from the shop or have to wait for the windows to open at gate 2 ??
Yeah, gameday. Usually there half to an hour before gates open. I have actually purchased tix in the shop before a game, rather than wait and line up, but last time ( v. NM ) they weren't. My wife didn't want to risk GA selling out so insisted I buy her tix online. Ticketmaster sight says I have to collect from venue (I stupidly ticked that box) but I can't find anywhere that says from where exactly. I assume any ticket window but am hoping I might be able to pick up before ticket window opens.Go into the shop and they'll probably direct you to the elevator around the corner. I think they usually do all the ticket stuff upstairs on level 3 or 5 or w/e now.
EDIT: oh but this will be on gameday won't it. What time are you getting to the Gabba?

Probably out the gate at around 10:30.What time does the game normally finish (approx)?
