We are “St Kilda”

it’s a nice change. Each to their own though

Agree there Stav.

Any change to such an iconic part of our identity is always going to cause some angst.

It is a very very emotive thing altering the crest.

I personally loved the previous crest....the latin wording on the ribbon IMO made our crest so so unique.

I guess I'm a traditionalist at heart.

The new crest will be divisive but it does look good.....as many have said....it could have been worse.

It's freshened up and has clear linage.

As you say.....not everyone will like it.

I must admit,until I was chatting to a few people over the weeks about it,I'd never looked at the "KFC" on it's own.

And thought of a zinger box and large chips.

Would like to thank the club for the opportunity to attend today’s unveiling. Thoroughly enjoyable and was so happy to have been able to take along my father. Happy to report the event was catered for too, so was delighted to put down a few beers.

Immediately felt relief upon viewing the crest. And then slowly came to absolutely love it. The perfect mix of modern, familiarity and history. The team did a great job of displaying the new crest and decorating the room with it everywhere.

Change is very rarely viewed positively to start with I’ve found. But I’ve got no doubts all will grow to love it.

Found it interesting being told the Stickman was considered, but felt not as appropriate for the AFLW side.

Had a laugh though when I seen a snippet of Seven News and it looks as if they moved us all on, and the players and club staff came afterwards for a later function.

Happy to wear the new merch with the new crest logo, but any danger they can put the logo on a garment that isn’t next to a brand (even if it’s a sponsor)

I like the T-shirt but I don’t want new balance on there as well.

Just give us an option to buy the logo without all the wank
