Given adams was training the other day, running, kicking the ball. Appears to be okay. Even though he was wearing the brace. Doesn't seem to be too bad.

Exactly what I mean. If it was truly a minor clean up as we're led to believe (he missed a week after rolling it on uneven ground at a training ground IIRC), he'd be back running by now.
But the pessimist in me tells me it was probably much worse

Shoulder, hip and ankle apparently. Can only wonder how he managed to take the field last season with so many parts of the body requiring surgery!

Sier has already been on track so here's hoping he'll just continue. I agree with JDG though. It's all well and good looking strong in the gym, but time to get back onto the park!
