This is going to be harder than last week. Hawthorn will pounce on any team who is remotely off their game. It is 100% or it is tail between your legs for the Crows.

We actually haven't been in the best form lately.

In saying that we tend to be able to lift for these types of games.

I have a spare ticket to the game tomorrow if anyone wants it, just PM me. 60 bucks, and in the Ponsford Stand.

Sure, but if we are not on top of our game then you guys tend to smash us. It is a habit that has annoyed us the last few years ;)

One thing that has made Hawthorn so good is being able to find a way to win when not playing at their best.

Bastards! :p

I'm glad Charlie is back to stick up the people on this very board who seemed intent on talking him down as a player; a bloke hurts himself later in the pre-season and suddenly he isn't going to be elite. Some people have very little patience. Shame on you all. Charlie will play 200+ games for this club.

I haven't seen anyone on this board say anything even remotely close to that.

Don't ruin my argument with facts please. I am playing the "we can't take this team for granted" card ;)

Even though the games weren't blowouts, from my memory at least (which may be a tad shaky), whenever the game was in the balance, Hawthorn put the foot down a bit and pulled away and never really seemed in danger of losing.

How do you guys already know your changes?

We have ways and means ;) A few posters have form with getting some inside word, which unfortunately some other posters object to, so not always do we get information anymore. This week we did get an inside word about the change. Proof will be if it is correct at 6pm tonight.

I think with Cameron coming in, we're going to be so damn quick everywhere. If we get the ball into our f50, Hawks will be under tremendous pressure to get the ball out, they'll need to nail 50m+ kicks to a contest or nail a target.
No Suckling this year..however Birchall will be there, tremendous kick on him. Need to enforce our pressure and force them to kick to a contest in our f50.
Cameron for Milera is pretty marginal in terms of speed compared to last week. We're definitely a quicker team compared to last year though, even with losing Danger.

Really think it's a good idea to tell the enemy teams Mod who's coming in this week?
C'mon guys.., for all we know. He/she could have access to the club.

Not sure this is the place for it, but it's where it is for now. We seem to have a real focus on small/medium/tall this year.

Defenders:
Small: Brown (181cm), Laird (178cm)
Medium: Smith (189cm), Cheney (187cm)
Tall: Talia (196cm), Hartigan (194cm)

Forwards:
Small: Betts (172cm), Douglas (180cm)
Medium: Lynch (191cm), McGovern (191cm)
Tall: Walker (194cm), Jenkins (198cm)
