So many parallels between Schappelle and Warner’s story
As Michael Jackson might sing:

Don't blame it on the sunshine
Don't blame it on the airline
Don't blame it on the Bali Nine
Just blame it on the boogie!!!

It was the same back when the Aussies were winning 16 Tests in a row. Rather than just enjoy the fact we were watching the likes of Warne, Gilchrist, McGrath, etc, all some people did on here was whinge it was boring because the Australians win all the time.

I think what we have is a lot of people who are "kind of" interested in Test cricket but are just looking for something to do when there's no footy. Genuine cricket fans would be thoroughly enjoying this Test.
100% - people wanted us to go past 450 (yeah so did I), but what we have now is far more exciting, and we still don't know for certain how it will end. Pakistan are under the pump, but if they can get through the first hour tomorrow unscathed, it'll make it very interesting.

Jamal will get them to a defendable total. He's on fire.

Then they'll drop five catches and lose the match,

What a rubbish summer of cricket, bring on India next year.
Why is it rubbish? Pakistan pushed us last match and are still in this match, if they can get a lead of 150 it will be an interesting final dig. It’s been a good series so far.

It's really strange that people have this approach.

I've been telling my fellow cricket mad brothers that we need to enjoy watching this Australian team play given the average age of the players and the few years of retirements that lie ahead - before the team disbands- because this is a special team to watch

They barely win a game away from home.. hardly special.

Finally have a chance to post having been at the SCG today.

Amazing day of cricket. Atmosphere was great (thought we had nudged above 40k so disappointing it was only 37k).

The buzz and roar in the first 2 offers when we took those wickets, and in the Hazlewood over was amazing. Shame some had left for that second last over.

The curator has done a good job this test and we will get a result tomorrow.

A great day's play today

Best 'cricket' ground in the country mate. Always a great day at the SCG. Spent Day 1 in the Trumper, Day 3 in O'Reilly. Whether you sit, you're fairly close to the arena - which makes Swans games great too. And the pitch is in the ground all year round with footballers trodding over it, which gives the pitch some joie de vivre.

Stands like the O'Reilly, Churchill & Brewongle are ageing, but I hope they don't end up making it a continuous bowl around the entire ground (ex Members and Ladies Pavillions) which they've mooted. The joint is the last cricket ground in this country with real character.

Geez mate - if you haven't enjoyed the last 2 Tests, I'd say you're very hard to please. We may yet have a grandstand finish today.

If Pakistan can get beyond a 130 lead it's game on, not holding my breath however we constantly let it drift bowling to the tail.
Maybe Pakistan could open with their 2 best bowlers - Jamal and Salman. They need 10 cheap wickets, so why not?
