When you blokes are so keen you flew across the country to meet him during the season and clearly have a big need for an A-grade KPD its no surprise hes worth a lot

Believe it or not it’s common practice to meet targets in person instead of just via email or SMS.

Brian Lake was as good or better than Barrass. Hawthorn gave up picks 19 and 41 but also got pick 27 back.
Based on that, 13 and 30 for Barrass and 23 would be a good deal for West Coast.

Lake was 31 before he played a game for the Hawks, Barrass will be 29. Thats not insignificant
Then you consider that KPDs have a much higher value in recent years due to certain other KPDs getting overpaid.

13+f1 for wce F2 is a very fair trade. Most West coast fans consider it slight unders, Hawks fans think its overs. A few fans from each side think its reasonable.
