If Nic Nat goes down we have a kid that has played a handful of games and another guy coming off compartment syndrome. I'm currently recovering from that and it's hard work.
Not a good decision in my mind.

Who knows - maybe they don't rate this draft.
Maybe Brisbane don't want it and would rather something next year (hence getting future picks)
It's possible we find out more in the coming 24 hours.
Either way - Hickey was about pick 40 and pick 60 (which equates to about pick 32/33 if you like that sort of thing)
Would have preferred to have kept him. Rick depth is looking thin next year. Would hope we pick up a strong state level performer in the draft or rookie draft

I don't understand how we put the best pick on the table as well as the player.
I thought the idea was to upgrade a pick, not to give it away.

Hickey is a ruckman who is not quite first choice but not that crap, so he gets moved around to find the right list.
