Night phase is 4pm-6pm AEDT (2 hours).

Day phase is 6pm-12am AEDT (6 hours).
Night phase is 12am-10am AEDT (10 hours).

I'll try and make the font bigger during deadlines so you can see it like ST does. These are the standard times - we're in extended night due to early lynch.

HOWEVER this phase ends at 7PM to allow for taking an hour for write up etc this morning.
