First he is contracted for next year and maybe the year after. And second I believe FA is for years at one club so if you move clubs before 8 years you must wait another 8 years to become a free agent.

Would be keen on Heath Grundy. I know there's something up with his mental health as of late, and a move to Melbourne might be the last thing he wants. Kieran Collins hasn't got going at the Dogs, after being reasonably highly rated in his draft year IIRC. If he was available and reasonably cheap I'd be interested in taking a look in the trade period...could he possibly be chopped by the Dogs? DFA perhaps
