She is being well paid by her client and don't think she would lose anything out of this engagement as she will be angling for a rule of law type decision as an interpretation of the facts in favour of her client. It takes time to put together affidavits. They are up to 500 odd of these now and the validity of these have not been tested in court (or at least only a fraction have).
