I can see where Trumps rage with be directed:

FOX NEWS....

They called AZ early and are abandoning him in his hour of need...

Shows future politicians that even your “own team’s“ news network is not your friend. They’ll slap your ass out the door once they don’t think you have any more to offer them. It’s quite comical seeing Fox really pulling away from Trump support. He’s not going to be a happy boy.

Maximum????

Both parties should be allowed enough observers to observe all votes as they're processed. Same as in Australia.

Observers should be able to flag any 'disputed' votes, and have them rechecked by (independent) supervisors.
Nobody suggested that the election was rigged four years, or eight or twelve years ago, what makes this one so different?

This is disgusting. I can see Trump fans lapping it up.

They’re talking about traitors and Fauci!! Beheadings and hangings Extraordinary!

Its crazy to think that Trump is on track to get more individual votes than any other presidential candidate in history (apart from the man he is running against) and still lose. You wouldn't read about it.

Twitter could do worse than ban this imbecile. Absolutely dangerous.

Unfortunately some people confuse freedom of speech with having no responsibility for your choice of words. I agree; things like that especially now with things so heated and tense over there. Very irresponsible and dangerous.

I get his point. But ****; doesn’t take much to just look at the climate right now. People are on edge.

Agree mate; the system is a complete joke.

The biggest bit I struggle with is that one election gets run under different rules depending on which state (and sometimes county) the voter is in.

It depends on the context.

Stand alone, absolutely they are not.

Compared to the cancer that is the Republican Party however, well that's a completely different matter.
No one with a grasp on reality would hold the democratic party up as a beacon of light that should be aspired to in the political world.

But the malfeasance from the current Republican party is on a whole new level that is best summed by Jules Winfield - it ain't the same ****ing ball park. It ain't the same league. It ain't even the same ****ing sport!

Scrutineer numbers in Australia are very much limited.

Australia does not allow unlimited access to observers from candidates, just FYI. It's limited but that's more for logistical convenience to not get in the way of the count. The real issue is frivolous lawsuits holding up electoral officials from doing their bloody job.

Pennsylvania - and all other states - allow observers - it's mere posturing from the Trump campaign.

It’s absolutely whack. I’ll be honest a lot of their system confuses me and I’m not interestEd enough to read deeper to gain more insight. From what I have tried to understand - well it didn’t seem like a good system or even a useful/convenient system.

At the end of the day, to truly know the system is broken - all you have to do is like at the 4 most recent presidential options the U.S really had. Trump, Clinton, Sanders, Biden.

That’s insane to me. Because I wouldn’t want a single one of them even running tiny little Australia. Yet they’re the trash that the “greatest country in the world”, get to call leader. 😂

It's always been that way - yes, crap system, but no different this time.

What you're really struggling with is Trump being likely to lose.

Obama got involved in the GFC action while 'in waiting' (although it was busH jr- Obama and Bush was retiring anyway)
That was something that needed to happen and was bi-partisan

For Trump to take action on COVID would require him to
a) admit he was wrong
b) take an action which would affect his finances negatively.

Neither of those things has ever happened.

Don't forget, Donny is running in 2024.

The Republicans look like they might be using this opportunity to decouple themselves from Trump.

They will run for the hills.

Trump is no longer of any use to them. Trump is finished in politics, despite murmurings that he will run in 2024.
