The transition takes the whole two months, he could theoretically refuse to take part. He gets chucked out on Jan 20 but it makes the transition more difficult for Biden.

Arizona need to tell people what votes are being counted. If it’d the provisional votes still then Trump gaining makes sense. Once mail ins flow in then Biden begins increasing his margin?
