Yeah spot on.. Many sports men have great careers with Diabetes, Jay Cutler being one. Hopefully Jack comes on and makes the most of his 2nd chance

Don't know much about him but this is a good depth move, we barely raised our heads when we picked up Ceglar and he has been a pretty handy player for us, hopefully he can take his chance and become a good player for us

Melbourne pensioned Jamar off to the twos and with Gawn having such a strong year they usually used Spencer as their back up ruckman in the seniors. They actually had four big guys who stood up all year and thus Fitzpatrick was starved for opportunities.

My understanding was Roos certainly had his favourites, and Fitzy wasn't one of them. Take that for what it's worth.

New club, new environment, new opportunities. I know if I was 200cm/100kgs and could run, I'd rather play in the Hawthorn/Box Hill forward lines than the Melbourne/Casey ones!

This deal comes for basically nothing and if we didn't think we could get another good developing ruckman early in the draft, this could prove to be a clever trade to fill a gap in our list.

There's been a few misses too but wrights record alone should be enough for us to not be too harsh.
