Yeah I was surprised at the lack of response when Jonas hit him, although to be fair it was a head clash. Pretty sad either way
But it did end up a shot on goal so last thing we wanted was a flair up and reversal.
Also it was pretty clearly an accident and has cost him a week anyway so all's fair.

Big fan of this thread telling me he wasn’t particularly good at anything and hard to see how he’ll make a career out of this last week, and this week it’s which of Bont/Cripps/Petracca does he most remind you of.

Well done Jai. Keep being Jai.

Agree. I think Culley is more like Langdon (Ess variety), and like him, could be a very good foil at FF.

Whether its done through reading the play, an explosive first few steps or strength what both Culley and Ginbey really need to focus on is on getting first hands to the ball at stoppages. If they can both do that we are a lot further along in our rebuild than some people think.
Hoping thats just the coaches telling them to play defensively and learn off the best midfielders to start with. Jai has shown he can win the ball at lower levels but doesnt possess an elite first couple of steps speed wise whereas Ginbey has that elite AFL quickness & agility but lacks some of the ball winning IQ. However for their first year, they are doing extremely well.

Didn’t realise Seaby was that young. Always thought he was like in his mid to late 20’s when he won the flag
