Bring either on, we'll roll either one ;).

One thing I'll say.. is that after a game like that where a team applies zero pressure and it is a training run.. it can be bad preparation for the Geelong/Collingwood game, cause they sure as hell will apply a lot more pressure than Essendon did.

The Coasters will have had essentially 3 weeks off by the time they play some decent opposition. Could be in cruise mode and get rolled in the first quarter if they aren't switched on.

Once again the fans can’t control the imbeciles in the media. I can assure the majority of members and fans don’t think like that.
Not saying the discussion is driven solely by your supporters mate. Just find it comical how it comes up at the same time every year without fail.

And here I was thinking Collingwood supporters were actually getting better.
Not all of us think that way, I think he had provocation, I don’t know his record at all but if he’s clean it’s a warning to keep his cool, and as it’s finsls I can’t see him getting done. Can’t believe the call was against him though! They guy with his head caughtin the rails started it! I confess to hoping for a bit more biffo!

A good win to the Eagles in the end I guess, I dunno though, I'm just not rating them atm.
I just don't think the Eagles are where they were last year at this time with their level of intensity/play.

Time will tell I guess.
I can't see the Eagles getting that much space or time next week.

A bit of commentary from tonight: "The Eagles look even better on paper than they did last year".

Don't want to hear it Heppel always sprouting the same s**t when a good side belts us "they gave us a lesson and we need to get to that level" blah, blah, blah

How about enough of the talking and learning and do something about it? ******* sick of the excuses.
Admire your passion mate. I know how it feels after losing final after final. After our 3rd straight elimination final loss to Nth-Lol in 2015 I literally had enough but things do turn around quickly. Hopefully for the bombers it's next season.

Noticed McKernan, Stringer, Hooker and Tippa did nothing tonight. I guess that is Essendon's big problem right there. All 4 of these guys are the same. They are all X Factor types where if they are on, they destroy the opposition.. but if they are off, we get something like we saw tonight. I saw McKernan once and I watched the whole game. Saw Tippa a bit.. he tried but looked out of sorts. Hooker another barely sighted, and Stringer.. everytime I saw him, he had a kick smothered, kicked it out of bounds or didnt bother going for the ball.

Not sure why the Nic Nat incident has become a VIC/WA slagging match. Can't see him getting suspended. I don't think anyone would get suspended for that, unless the guy was hurt when he went into the fence. It will be taken into account that his hair was pulled and it was a retaliation. Might get a fine and that's it. I have no idea why so many people here think he will be suspended.. No chance of that happening over this.

For sure, we'll need to be prepared. After the PF where we smashed Melbourne we were slow off the blocks in the GF. Our first quarters have been pretty good this year. It's the dropping off that has been a concern.

I know but most of our supporters just get sick and tired of it aswell.
At best we are a 8th-12th placed side so they finished exactly where myself and many others thought they would.

Wishful thinking on some people's part. They just have some personal vendetta against Nic and the Eags.
