I was having trouble getting to sleep last night so I replayed Bont's 360 interview and it did the trick. There is nothing The Bont can't or won't do to help a struggling supporter. He's a great man.

Gee the umpiring is poor. They don't bounce the ball in the centre, they don't pay any free kicks for running too far and I reckon there's an awful lot of throws out there that aren't getting penalised. McBurney's got a lot to answer for.
